Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Personal Information We Collect
When we use the term "personal information," we are referring to information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you. Where We Collect Personal Information From
- Directly from you — when you create an account, place an order, sign up for marketing, contact support, or otherwise provide your information.

How We Use Your Personal Information

- Marketing and advertising. Send marketing emails and SMS messages, deliver advertising on third-party platforms, and re-engage you with retargeting and abandoned cart campaigns.
- Security and fraud prevention. Authenticate accounts, screen orders for fraud, prevent abuse of our refund policy, and protect public safety.
- Customer support. Respond to your questions, process refund requests, and resolve disputes.
- Legal reasons. Comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, enforce our policies, and protect our rights.
Marketing Communications — Email and SMS
Email. When you provide your email address (at checkout, by subscribing to our newsletter, or otherwise), you may receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by emailing us at support@tryvitelia.com. Even if you unsubscribe, we will still send you transactional emails about your orders, account, and customer service requests.

By consenting to SMS marketing, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us, or by emailing support@tryvitelia.com. Reply HELP for help.
Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers and advertising partners use cookies, pixels, web beacons, software development kits ("SDKs"), and similar tracking technologies to collect information about how you interact with the Services and to deliver targeted advertising.
We use these technologies to:
- Operate the Services and remember your preferences (essential cookies)
- Understand site traffic and user behavior (analytics, including Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics)
- Run and measure advertising on third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, Pinterest Tag, Snap Pixel, and Reddit Pixel
- Re-engage users who have visited the Services through retargeting and abandoned cart campaigns
You can control or disable most cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the Services. You can also opt out of targeted advertising through the opt-out tools provided by the Network Advertising Initiative (networkadvertising.org/choices) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (aboutads.info/choices).
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, our use of advertising pixels and similar tools may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act). You can opt out of these uses here.

Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside. In addition, to help protect, grow, and improve our business, we use certain Shopify enhanced features that incorporate data and information obtained from your interactions with our Store, along with other merchants and with Shopify. In these circumstances, Shopify is responsible for the processing of your personal information, including for responding to your requests to exercise your rights. If you follow links to sites not affiliated or controlled by us, you should review their privacy and security policies and other terms and conditions. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of such sites, including the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information found on these sites.
Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@tryvitelia.com and we will promptly delete it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." Any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us.
How long we retain your personal information depends on several factors, including whether we need the information to maintain your account, to provide you with Services, to comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting record-keeping requirements), to resolve disputes, or to enforce other applicable contracts and policies.

- Objection to Processing and Restriction of Processing.
- Withdrawal of Consent. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@tryvitelia.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, as permitted or required under applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf — we will require proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly with you.

Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by applicable consumer privacy laws of your state or country of residence.
